Tuesday’s Top Video Game Stories

Hopefully, that name wasn’t too corny. In an effort to make our site more well rounded, we figured it’d be prudent to add a news section here to keep visitors in the “know.” We don’t have the resources or manpower to cover daily gaming news and truthfully, I’m not exactly interested in that. My thought process is, there’s 100 million places to get news, so if you want news, go there. Jerz wants us to be more of a one stop shop though, so cooler heads prevailed and I decided to take the cue from him.

While I can’t guarantee this will always be on Tuesday (or the name will stay the same), we’ll be posting links from various sites we found interesting that have to deal with gaming. Feel free to click on them and check them out. If you like/hate the idea, hit the comment box and let us know. We’re shaping the experience of our site based on reader feedback, so every tidbit of info helps. Enough talk. Let’s get into it, shall we?

IGN: Dark Souls 2 Review

“Dark Souls 2 is a smart, massive, and incredibly rewarding sequel to the challenging original.”

Polygon: Street Fighter: The Movie – What Went Wrong

A very long read but if you’re a fan of the series and wondered how the movie was as terrible as it was, this will answer all of those questions.

GamespotTitanfall Review

“The sprint speed, the arsenal, the game modes, and more are all firmly derived from some of the most successful online shooters of recent years. But by reinventing the way you move, Titanfall reinvents what it feels like to play a competitive shooter.

ZombieGamerOnline: Walking Dead Season 2 Review

“I thought maybe I’d find something wrong with this chapter,  but there really isn’t anything I can complain about; any questions that occurred in your head during chapter 2 and even a few from the last chapter, were met with an answer that connected everything so smoothly and added more “uumph” to the storyline.”
